Our Story
Aeka Advisors is an advisory firm working at the intersection of transactions, tax, and regulations. Our name draws from the Sanskrit word Eka - meaning "one" - a reflection of our intent to be the number one in everything we do.
We advise businesses, founders, startups, family offices, and investors on M&A, cross-border transactions, tax structuring, and regulatory advisory. Our work spans the full transaction lifecycle from structuring and diligence through to execution and post-deal integration with senior practitioners engaged at every stage.
