Amithraj is a Founding Partner at Aeka and a distinguished professional in corporate consultancy with over two decades of experience. Formerly one of the youngest Partners at a Big 4 firm, he has earned a reputation for orchestrating some of South India's most complex and high-value transactions.
His practice is dedicated to the full lifecycle of deal-making, spanning over amalgamations, demergers, valuations, and cross-border repatriation. As a strategic advisor, he navigates intricate regulatory landscapes for listed entities and high-growth sectors including Real Estate, Fintech, Pharma, and Staffing, with a sharp focus on structuring Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and ensuring rigorous compliance with FEMA, taxation, and corporate laws. He has also successfully structured multiple investment funds, managing the complex mechanics of capital formation and deployment.
A multidisciplinary expert, Amithraj is a Gold Medalist and Rank Holder in both the Intermediate and Final examinations of the Chartered Accountancy course, and also holds a CMA (UK) qualification alongside a degree in Law which is a rare combination of legal and financial rigour that distinguishes his advisory practice.
