Hemanth is a Partner at Aeka and brings over 18 years of focused expertise in M&A tax advisory across sectors, including but not limited to the technology sector, venture capital funds, and start-ups. He built a distinguished career at PwC India, where he advised both domestic and overseas clients on complex transactions spanning fund structuring, inbound and outbound investment structuring, business model advisory, stock compensation, promoter clawbacks, due diligence, group restructuring, mergers, demergers, repatriation strategy, and management buy-outs.

A big-picture thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, he has worked across diverse sectors and stages - right from start-ups and emerging companies to established corporates, family-owned enterprises, high-growth ventures, and global VC/PE funds. Across each of these engagements,

Hemanth brings intellectual rigour and a genuine commitment to client outcomes.

Hemanth is a strong advocate for social responsibility and joined Aeka with a vision to build an advisory firm that combines deep technical excellence with a sense of purpose and care for the communities it serves.
