With over 15 years of experience across investment structuring, M&A, and deal advisory, Pankaj brings fluency across the full transaction lifecycle. His career spans formative roles at PwC, EY, and Desai Haribhakti, where he developed deep expertise in transaction structuring, cross-border advisory, and complex tax and regulatory frameworks.
