He has advised clients across sectors including Technology, Retail, Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and emerging digital businesses spanning D2C, SaaS, EdTech, Fintech, and IT/ITeS.
His expertise includes buy-side and sell-side due diligence, inbound and outbound transactions, deal support, negotiation assistance, and financial modelling.
