Vivek is a Partner at Aeka and brings over 13 years of M&A and transaction tax experience built across PwC India and BMR Advisors. He is deeply experienced in structuring complex deals that drive business growth, unlock value, and create new possibilities - and has a particular affinity for IPO-bound companies, VC/PE funds, advising start-ups on their capital structure, fundraising and exit strategies.

Over his career, Vivek has become a recognised specialist in the real estate sector, advising developers, landowners, real estate-focused funds, and REITs. His ability to navigate intricate regulatory frameworks, engage diverse stakeholders, and design innovative and workable solutions has earned him a distinguished standing in this space.
